Hoping to make contact with the descendants of JAMES DEGNAN, founder of DISHMAN & DEGNAN, LTD., fish merchants of Grimsby, and FRANCIS DEGNAN & BRIDGET DUCKETT DEGNAN, of Barrow Hill (Derbyshire)England.
BRIDGET DEGNAN was the sister of my g. grandfather, Richard Duckett, son of PATRICK ALEXANDER & CATHERINE MEARES DUCKETT, of Ireland and England.
FRANCIS DEGNAN, retired, from 411 Wellington Street, Grimsby, aged 88. He died at St. Hughes Nursing Home. Cleethorpes. Buried in Staveley Cemetery, along with BIDGET DEGNAN, AGED 51, FROM 102 Barrow Hill Cottages, who died March 2, 1902, and Catherine Duckett. Catherine was buried Feb. 21, 1895.
